INGREDIENTS

Fish Fillets 300 gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Chopped green onion 2-3 sticks
Green chilies 2-3
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Lemon leaf 1-2
Boringa 1 piece
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Salad leaves to garnish

METHOD

Chop together 300 gm fish fillets, 1 tbsp garlic paste, ½ tsp white pepper, 2-3 sticks green onion, 2-3 green chilies, 2 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1-2 lemon leave, 1 piece boringa and 2 tbsp oil and some salt in the chopper and make a paste. Make kababs out of it and steam them and then fry. Garnish it with salad leaves.
