Ingredients: • Fish fillet 200 gm
• Prawns 200 gm
• Egg 1
• Boiled dry red chilies 8
• Spring onion chopped 2 – 3
• Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
• Ginger 1 piece
• Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder ½ tsp
• Lemon grass ½ tsp
• Oil for fry
• Salt to taste
Ingredients for Salad
• Cucumber 1
• Spring onion 1
• Green chilies 2
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Method: •Blend together 8 boiled button chilies, 1 piece of ginger, 4 – 5 garlic cloves, ½ tsp lemon grass, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, few coriander leaves and a little water. Make into paste and keep aside.Put 200 gm fish fillets, 200 gm prawns and 1 egg in chopper. Add prepared paste and mix well.
•Now add 2 – 3 chopped spring onions and mix well. Form into kababs.Heat oil in a pan, deep fry kababs till golden brown and crisp. Serve with salad.
Method for Salad
•Peel 1 cucumber, remove seeds and grate finely.Add in 1 chopped spring onion and 2 chopped green chilies. Mix well.Lastly add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice and a little salt. Mix well and serve.
