Ingredients
  1. 1 deep dish baked pie shell
  2. 1/4 c. toasted coconut
  3. 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  4. 1/2 c. coconut
  5. 1 container Cool Whip
Method
  • Fix pudding as directed on package. Add 1/2 cup coconut; put in
  • pie shell. Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
