INGREDIENTS

Wholemeal pasta spirals 250 g
Anchovies 6 canned
Black olives 12
Canned tuna, drained 220 g
Fresh parsley 1 tbsp
Snipped fresh chives 1 tbsp
Egg boiled 1

Mustard Dressing
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Black pepper

METHOD

• Cook pasta in boiling water in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction drains, rinse under cold running water. Then drain again and set aside to cool completely.
• Cut anchovies in alf lengthwise wrap an anchovy strip around each olive. place pasta, anchovy-wrapped olives tuna, parsley and chives in a salad bowl
• To make dressing, place mustard garlic vinegar, oil and black pepper to taste in a screwtop jar and shake well pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
