Ingredients
  1. 300 gms soya granules or chunks
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 4 green chillies
  6. 4 cloves
  7. 1 ” stick cinnamon
  8. 3 bayleaves
  9. 1 tsp chilli powder
  10. ½ tsp coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. salt to taste
Method
  • Boil the soya granules or chunks with the whole garam masala for 10 mins.
  • Chop the onion and brown it and add ginger/garlic paste with chillies , stir it few mins and add ground tomatoes, add the salt and other spices and cook it on slow fire till it blends well.
  • Then add the boiled soya granules or chunks and cook it on high fire and add little water gradually until it gets brown in color.
  • Then add some more water and cook till it thick. Lastly add ground garam masala and serve with chapatti.
