ونیلا ایسنس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چٹکی
انڈے کی زردی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین عدد
انڈے کی سفیدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین عدد

METHOD

میدہ،بیکنگ پاؤڈر،چینی، اور نمک کو اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ انڈے کی زردی کو پھینٹ لیں۔پھر اس میں دودھ اور ونیلا ایسنس اور تیل ملائیں۔ اب مکسچر کو میدہ والے مکسچر میں ملا لیں،اتنا کہ اس کا ٹیکسچر اسموتھ ہو جائے۔ انڈے کی سفیدی کو وہسک کرکے میدے والے مکسچر میں فولڈ کر دیں۔ تیار مکسچر کو گرم ویفل آئرن میں ڈالیں۔کرسپی اور براون ہونے پر نکال لیں۔ ویفلز تیار ہیں۔
