Ingredients
  1. 5 Cups Water
  2. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp green Tea leaves
  5. 1 small piece of Cinnamon
  6. 1 small piece of Ginger
Method
  • Boil water till it simmers.
  • Add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea leaves, cinnamon and ginger.
  • Turn the flame off cover it for 5 mins.
  • Let it cool then save and keep it in a thermos.
  • Drink 5 cups of green tea in day.
