  2. مکھن یا گھی ایک چمچہ
  3. دودھ ایک کپ
  4. انڈا ایک عدد
METHOD
  • گھی یا مکھن گرم کر لیں پھر میدہ ڈال کر مکس کر یں۔ انڈا پھینٹ کر دودھ میں ملا دیں اور ڈال دیں اور چلاتے رہیں۔ گاڑھا ہو جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں اور نمک کالی مرچ ملادیں۔
