Ingredients
  1. • Whole chicken 1
  2. • Potato ½ kg
  3. • Rice 1 kg
  4. • Tomato 250 grams
  5. • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  6. • Cinnamon 1 piece
  7. • Orange food color 1 pinch
  8. • Taiz patta 2
  9. • Small cardamom 6
  10. • Green chilies 50 grams
  11. • Oil ½ cup
  12. • Salt 1 tsp
  13. • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  14. • Cumin 2 tsp
Method
  • Heats ½ cup of oil add 1 chicken and1/2 kg potato in it and sauté. When the chicken water dries out, add 1 pinch of orange food color by mixing it in little bit of water. Now add 2 tsp cumin, 6 small cardamoms, 1 piece od ciannamon, 2 taiz pattay, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp salt and cook it for half an hour.
  • Now in 1kg soaked rice add the required water in it. As the water dries out from rice. Cover the pan and leave it for 20 minutes. Turn of the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
