INGREDIENTS

½ kg Chicken Karahi Piece
½ cup yogurt
6 chopped garlic cloves
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
Oil for frying
For coating:
½ cup rice flour
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp crushed red chili
½ tsp salt

METHOD

Marinate the chicken  overnight with the following ingredients:1/2cup yogurt,6 cloves of garlic,1 piece of ginger, 1tsp paprika powder, 1tsp black pepper,1/2tsp salt,1tsp crushed red chilies,2tbsp lemon juice and 1tbsp finely chopped curry leaves. Refrigerate the chicken.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl namely ½ cup rice flour,2tbsp gramflour,1tsp baking powder, 1tsp crushed red chilies,1tsp nutmeg,1/2tsp salt.
Dredge the mixture in the above mixture and deep fry.
