Match winner Razzaq joins Quetta Gladiators

Abdul Razzaq arguably one of the best all-rounder inPakistan history, has signed up with Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise QuettaGladiators.

Razzaq has been hired as an assistant bowling coach ofQuetta Gladiators for the upcoming second edition of PSL.

Pakistan former all-rounder expressed gratitude for beingselected by Quetta Gladiators, and thanked Gladiators head coach Moin Khan andteam owner Nadeem Qamar for their support, reported media reports.  

"I"m really excited to join Quetta Gladiators asassistant/bowling coach because this will be the start of a new phase in my lifeand what a better team to start with," Razzaq stated.

"There comes a time when you got to step into coachingand management and it"s the reality we must face. I want to thank Moin Khan andNadeem Omar for showing trust in my abilities and I want to help the players asmuch as I can with my experience," he added.

Razzaq hailed as one of the finest match winners of Pakistanhas represented the country in 46 Tests, 265 ODIs and 32 T20Is. The all rounderhas scored a combined 7,419 runs and has taken 389 wickets in his career.
