COVID-19 Pakistan: Only 27 deaths in the last 24 hours, lowest since April

In the last 24 hours, Pakistan has reported 27 deaths by the coronavirus as the number of positive cases has risen to 947,218. The nationwide number of deaths has jumped to 21,940 on Saturday, 19th June 2021.

In accordance to the stats given by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) 991 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Out of all the provinces, Punjab remains the most badly affected, followed by Sindh and KPK.

Overall, so far Pakistan has conducted 14,072,605 coronavirus tests out of which 46,269 were taken in the last 24 hours. 889,787 patients have recovered in the country whereas 2,296 patients are in critical condition
