Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar, on Monday, directed the concerned authorities to ensure that every citizen across the province ‘strictly’ abides by COVID-19 SOPs.
According to the details, he directed corona SOPs monitoring teams to continue their check in markets, marriage halls and other public places. He emphasized over taking action, as per law, against those who violate the announced instructions.
CM maintained, “Due to non-implementation of SOPs, the number of corona cases is increasing across the province”.
He urged citizens of Punjab to strictly follow the COVID-19 protocols and cooperate with the government to curb spread of novel virus during fourth outbreak.
