ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday commended the efforts of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for achieving the record Rs410 billion revenue collection in July, 2021. “As of now collection is Rs410 billion which is highest ever in the month of July, around 22% above the required target for the month”, Imran Khan said in a twitter post. The Prime Minister described the record revenue collection in July as a reflection of the government’s policies for sustained economic growth and revival. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan will personally interact with the general public on telephone today to respond to public queries in the most popular live TV programme, “Aapka Wazir-e-Azam Aap Kai Sath.” According to a tweet of Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, the prime minister will respond to public queries in the live programme on Sunday. People can participate in the programme on landline no: 051-9224900. The programme will be telecast live at 1500 hours on TV, radio and will be streamed at popular social media platforms.
