The governmental body said a wide range of “enticing options” will be made available in this opening phase to allow fans across the globe to “have a chance to secure their seats so they do not miss out on a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

The first sale period is set to end on Feb. 8.

The statement said there will be “no difference whether applications are submitted on the first day, the last day, or any time in between,” noting that “all tickets will be allocated following the closing of the ticket application period.”
