Expressing his grief, Majethia posted a heartfelt message stating, “Life is incredibly unpredictable. We have lost an extraordinary actress and a dear friend, Vaibhavi Upadhyay, who brilliantly portrayed the character of ‘Jasmine’ in the beloved sitcom ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’.”
Funeral arrangements and last rites to take place in Mumbai
J.D. Majethia further revealed that the final rituals for Vaibhavi Upadhyay will be performed in Mumbai. The family will bring her back to the city for the funeral proceedings. Funeral is scheduled to take place tomorrow morning at 11 am.
