Ukraine struggles to restore power after Russian strikes

Ukraine says it is facing fifty percent electricity shortage after massive Russian missile strikes this week.

In a statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the most difficult situation with power as well as water supply is in 15 regions, including the capital Kyiv.
