Pakistan committed to reduce digital divide between rural, urban communities: IT Minister

Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Syed Aminul Haque has said Pakistan is committed to reduce digital divide between rural and urban communities and focuses on youth empowerment as well as gender equality.

Speaking at the Digital Cooperation Organization virtual meeting, he said due to the effective policies of the incumbent government, Pakistan witnessed landmark achievements in the Information Communication Technology sector in recent years.
