Surah Tahrim Ayat 1 in Arabic
يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَاۤ اَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ لَـكَۚ تَبۡتَغِىۡ مَرۡضَاتَ اَزۡوَاجِكَؕ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ ﴿۱﴾
Surah Tahrim Ayat 1 with Urdu Translation
اے غیب بتا نے والے (نبی) تم اپنے اوپر کیوں حرام کئے لیتے ہو وه چیز جو اللہ نے تمھارے لئے حلال کی (ف۲) اپنی بیبیوں کی مرضی چاہتے ہو اور اللہ بخشنے والا ٴ مہربان ہے، ﴿۱﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان)
اے پیغمبر جو چیز خدا نے تمہارے لئے جائز کی ہے تم اس سے کنارہ کشی کیوں کرتے ہو؟ (کیا اس سے) اپنی بیویوں کی خوشنودی چاہتے ہو؟ اور خدا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ﴿۱﴾

O Prophet! Why bannest thou that which Allah hath made lawful for thee, seeking to please thy wives? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. ﴾1﴿
