Surah Baqarah Ayat 174 in Arabic
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَكۡتُمُوۡنَ مَآ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الۡکِتٰبِ وَ يَشۡتَرُوۡنَ بِهٖ ثَمَنًا قَلِيۡلًا ۙ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ مَا يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ فِىۡ بُطُوۡنِهِمۡ اِلَّا النَّارَ وَلَا يُکَلِّمُهُمُ اللّٰهُ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ وَلَا يُزَکِّيۡهِمۡ ۖۚ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِيۡمٌ ﴿۱۷۴﴾
Surah Baqarah Ayat 174 with Urdu Translation
وہ جو چھپاتے ہیں (ف۳۰۸) اللہ کی کتاب اور اسکے بدلے ذلیل قیمت لیتےہیں وہ اپنے پیٹ میں آگ ہی بھرتے ہیں (ف۳۰۹) اور اللہ قیامت کے دن ان سے بات نہ کرے گا اور نہ انہیں ستھرا کرے، اور ان کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے، ﴿۱۷۴﴾

جو لوگ (خدا) کی کتاب سے ان (آیتوں اور ہدایتوں) کو جو اس نے نازل فرمائی ہیں چھپاتے اور ان کے بدلے تھوڑی سی قیمت (یعنی دنیاوی منفعت)حاصل کرتے ہیں وہ اپنے پیٹوں میں محض آگ بھرتے ہیں۔ ایسے لوگوں سے خدا قیامت کے دن نہ کلام کرے گا اور نہ ان کو (گناہوں سے) پاک کرے گا۔اور ان کے لئے دکھ دینے والا عذاب ہے ﴿۱۷۴﴾

Surah Baqarah Ayat 174 with English Translation
Lo! those who hide aught of the Scripture which Allah hath revealed and purchase a small gain therewith, they eat into their bellies nothing else than fire. Allah will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He make them grow. Theirs will be a painful doom. ﴾174﴿
