اَلَمۡ تَرَ اِلَى الَّذِيۡنَ خَرَجُوۡا مِنۡ دِيَارِهِمۡ وَهُمۡ اُلُوۡفٌ حَذَرَ الۡمَوۡتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ اللّٰهُ مُوۡتُوۡا ثُمَّ اَحۡيَاھُمۡؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَذُوۡ فَضۡلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَکۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشۡکُرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۴۳﴾
Surah Baqarah Ayat 243 with Urdu Translation
اے محبوب کیا تم نے نہ دیکھا تھا انہیں جو اپنے گھروں سے نکلے اور وہ ہزاروں تھے موت کے ڈر سے، تو اللہ نے ان سے فرمایا مرجاؤ پھر انہیں زندہ فرمادیا، بیشک اللہ لوگوں پر فضل کرنے والا ہے مگر اکثر لوگ ناشکرے ہیں (ف۴۹۰) ﴿۲۴۳﴾

بھلا تم نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جو (شمار میں) ہزاروں ہی تھے اور موت کے ڈر سے اپنے گھروں سے نکل بھاگے تھے۔ تو خدا نے ان کو حکم دیا کہ مرجاؤ۔ پھر ان کو زندہ بھی کردیا۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ خدا لوگوں پر مہربانی رکھتا ہے۔ لیکن اکثر لوگ شکر نہیں کرتے ﴿۲۴۳﴾

Surah Baqarah Ayat 243 with English Translation
Bethink thee (O Muhammad) of those of old, who went forth from their habitations in their thousands, fearing death, and Allah said unto them: Die; and then He brought them back to life. Lo! Allah is a Lord of Kindness to mankind, but most of mankind give not thanks. ﴾243﴿
