Surah Maidah Ayat 71 in Arabic
وَحَسِبُوۡۤا اَلَّا تَكُوۡنَ فِتۡنَةٌ فَعَمُوۡا وَصَمُّوۡا ثُمَّ تَابَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ثُمَّ عَمُوۡا وَصَمُّوۡا كَثِيۡرٌ مِّنۡهُمۡؕ وَاللّٰهُ بَصِيۡرٌۢ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۷۱﴾
Surah Maidah Ayat 71 with Urdu Translation
اور اس گمان میں ہیں کہ کوئی سزا نہ ہوگی (ف۱۸۲) تو اندھے اور بہرے ہوگئے (ف۱۸۳) پھر اللہ نے ان کی توبہ قبول کی (ف۱۸۴) پھر ان میں بہتیرے اندھے اور بہرے ہوگئے اور اللہ ان کے کام دیکھ رہا ہے، ﴿۷۱﴾

اور خیال کرتے تھے کہ (اس سے ان پر) کوئی آفت نہیں آنے کی تو وہ اندھے اور بہرے ہو گئے پھر خدا نے ان پر مہربانی فرمائی (لیکن) پھر ان میں سے بہت سے اندھے اور بہرے ہو گئے اور خدا ان کے سب کاموں کو دیکھ رہا ہے ﴿۷۱﴾

Surah Maidah Ayat 71 with English Translation
They thought no harm would come of it, so they were wilfully blind and deaf. And afterward Allah turned (in mercy) toward them. Now (even after that) are many of them wilfully blind and deaf. Allah is Seer of what they do. ﴾71﴿
