Political temperature is on height as Pakistan decides who will be their next ruling party in General Election 2018 scheduled on 25th July 2018. People are all excited and enthusiastic to use their constitutional right to choose their right leader. Political analysts and pundits are expecting a tough competition in Pakistan Election 2018 among Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf, Pakistan People’s party, Pakistan Muslim League (N), and strong independent candidates.

Pakistan Elections 2018 will be of high significance, since the Avenfield verdict is out. NAB, ECP, and judiciary of Pakistan have fearlessly countered all the anti corruption cases and took relevant action against the culprits. This has sent a clear message across the country, that no one can misuse their power, and authority.

Election Commission of Pakistan has employed Pakistan Army troops along with other security officials to ensure safe and fair elections this time. All relevant actions are being taken to ensure elections 2018 will be held in comfortable environment.

Polling time for General Elections 2018 will be from 9 am to 5 pm across the country. People have to bring their CNIC along to cast their votes. The unofficial Election results 2018 starts coming after 2 hours since polling ends.

Pakistan Election Result 2018 will be displayed on this page as soon as it will be finalized. Keep your fingers crossed till you will be able to witness who will be the ruling party of Pakistan in future.

Pakistan General Election 2018 (National Assembly)

The 342 candidates from the National Assembly will be chosen by three strategies; 272 will be chosen in single-member constituencies through balloting by voters. 60 seats are reserved for females and 10 for minorities. To win a majority, a political party or alliance would need to take 137 seats.

General Elections 2018 will be held under new delimitation of constituencies which was consequence of the last year census. Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), and Islamabad will have 61, 141, 16, 39, 12, and 3 constituencies in the National Assembly respectively.

The tough competition is expected among PMLN, PTI, and PPP for the national assembly constituencies.

Sindh Provincial Election 2018 Political analysts are expecting key changes in the political scenario of Sindh due to the growing popularity of PTI and the MQM’s political turmoil. PPP is the largest party in Sindh from decades. PPP was easily able to create a government in Sindh for the ninth occasion.

It would be an interesting situation in provincial elections 2018 as MQM is divided into different factions. Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP), MQM-PIB, MQM-Bahadurabad is now the different factions of MQM. In addition, PTI is also looking to gain seats from Sindh.

Punjab Provincial Election 2018

Punjab provincial elections 2018 will make significant impact on the future of different political parties.

In 2013 elections, there was a significant change came in Punjab’s politics, when PTI came as a strong political party in Punjab.

PML-N came out as the leading party and won 313 seats of Punjab Assembly. However, PTI came on second position and got 30 seats in the provincial assembly.

Currently, Nawaz Sharif is imprisoned but PML-N is still gaining support from the people in the province. On the others side, PML-N’s elected members from Southern Punjab joined PTI. Political analysts are expecting a tough competition between PML-N and PTI in the Southern Punjab.

KPK Provincial Election 2018

KPK Provincial election 2018 will reveal the KPK’s public opinion about the previous government of PTI. In 2013, PTI came out as the leading political party in KPK and ruled the province for the first time in its history. They won 48 KPK assembly seat and formed the coalition government with Jamaat-e-Islami and Qaumi Watan Party.

KPK have elected different political parties in different elections. MMA, ANP, and PTI are emerged as leading parties in the 2002, 2008, and 2013 elections respectively. However, it is difficult to tell that who will win the KPK provincial election 2018.

Balochistan Provincial Election 2018

Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan by area but it has the lowest provincial assembly seats. Political parties usually made the coalition government in Balochistan as they normally fail to win the majority of seats. It is expected that the Balochistan Provincial Election 2018 result will also enforce political parties to make the coalition government.

In 2013, PML-N, National Party, and Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) formed a coalition government. Abdul Malik Baloch from the National Party became the CM Balochistan and served till 2015. However, PML-N’s Sanaullah Khan Zehri replaced him in 2015.

Who will win the battle of Pakistan Elections 2018? Time will reveal.
