کہیں شام کی ہے سیاہی اٹھی
کہیں مستی آنکھوں میں بادل کرے
خیالوں سے گر کوئی بھاگے تو پھر
تو کیسے اسے کوئی حا صل کرے
کروں کم نگاہی کا گر میں گلہ
تو پھر اور بھی وہ تغافل کرے
غمِ عشق میں غم ہی غم ہیں تو پھر
کہو دل سے غم ہی تناول کرے
میں قدموں میں اس کے رہوں گی سدا
جو پہلی نظر سے ہی گھائل کرے
وہ کرتا ہے وشمہ پہ لاکھوں ستم
جو خود سے محبت نہ بالکل کرے
