ان سے دور بسائی بستی جن سے ہمیں تھا پیار بہت
ایک اک کر کے کھلی تھیں کلیاں ایک اک کر کے پھول گئے
ایک اک کر کے ہم سے بچھڑے باغ جہاں میں یار بہت
حسن کے جلوے عام ہیں لیکن ذوق نظارا عام نہیں
عشق بہت مشکل ہے لیکن عشق کے دعویدار بہت
زخم کہو یا کھلتی کلیاں ہاتھ مگر گلدستہ ہے
باغ وفا سے ہم نے چنے ہیں پھول بہت اور خار بہت
جو بھی ملا ہے لے آئے ہیں داغ دل یا داغ جگر
