آشوب نظر سے کی ہم نے چمن آرائی
جو شے بھی نظر آئی گل رنگ نظر آئی
امید تلطف میں رنجیدہ رہے دونوں
تو اور تری محفل میں اور مری تنہائی
یک جان نہ ہو سکیے انجان نہ بن سکیے
یوں ٹوٹ گئی دل میں شمشیر شناسائی
اس تن کی طرف دیکھو جو قتل گہ دل ہے
