The two most popular products of apple i.e. Iphone X and Macbook pro were showing a pair of issues.
A California based company named Cupertino declared that the screen of some Iphone X does not respond to the touch and some of the units are irresponsive even when they are touched or acted upon. The sale of I Phone X (1, 25,000 PKR) and I Phone XR (1, 23,999 PKR) was discontinued in after November because the users have reported the touch screen issues online several times.

It was also declared by the company that ‘limited number’ of 13 inch MacBook Pros laptops were showing the issues of data loss and drive failure. These laptops were on sale from June 2017 to June 2018 with 128 gigabytes or 256 GB of storage and no Touch Bar, the company has stopped the sale and declared to repair the sold out laptops “as soon as possible”.
In the complaints ofIphone X, the company has declared some screen replacements for faulty devices, in case of Macbook Pros, Apple is offering free repairing.
Apple is not very responsive for the issues of the problems in phones however, apple has responded to the problems of Iphone 6 with screen issues.
