The most awaited Samsung Galaxy S20 specifications are now revealed in a latest leak. According to reports, the Galaxy S20 series is expected to release in February 2020. However, it is expected that the lineup will include Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and Samsung Galaxy S20 with separate 5G versions for each mobile phone.

Display
These phones will come with AMOLED screen that offers 2K resolution. Screen sizes will be 6.9”, 6.7”, and 6.2” for S20 Ultra, S20+, and S20 respectively.
Internals and Storage
As per the region, phones will possess Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 990 chipset. S20 Ultra will provide 512GB space whereas S20+ and S20 will possess 128GB. As per leaks, RAM can be from 12GB to 16GB.
Cameras
Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Samsung Galaxy S20 will possess the identical camera specs including 12MP ultrawide lens, 64MP telephoto, 12MP main camera, and extra sensors. They will be capable of 8K video recording at 30FPS, up to 30X digital zoom, and 3X optical zoom. Both these phones will offer 10MP front cameras that will be able to capture 4K video at 60FPS. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will feature 108MP primary camera.
Battery
S20 Ultra will possess the huge 5,000 mAh battery while the other variants will possess the 4,500 mAh battery. All three phones will possess the wireless charging technology.
