Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday thanked the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) for placing their trust in ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) through their votes which resulted in the party victory in yesterday’s elections.
Taking to Twitter, the premier said that his party will focus on bringing the people out of poverty through our Ehsaas and Kamyab Pakistan programmes, while establishing accountability and transparency in govt.
Imran Khan also congratulated the candidates of PTI who secured victory in their respective constituencies.
Imran Khan said that as the ambassador for Kashmir, I will continue to raise my voice on all international forums including the United Nations to ensure the international community fulfils its commitment of self-determination to the Kashmiri people through an UN-sponsored plebiscite.
