Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal welcome their first child

The actor posted a joyous statement on Instagram on June 4. The mother and the child are both in good health, the actor said. He even asked for privacy during this special moment.

The video he posted, featured an illustration of Varun’s pet dog Joey, who was seen holding a placard that read ‘Welcome Lil sis’. It also read, “Baby Dhawan, Proud parents Natasha and Varun, Proud Family – Dalals and Dhawans."

Expressing his joy, Varun wrote, “Our Baby Girl Is Here,” and added, "Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby."

The post also read, “We are overjoyed with this new blessing in our lives. During this special time, we request the media to give us our privacy. Thank you for your support and understanding.”

On June 3, Varun and Natasha welcomed a baby girl into their family at Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital. David Dhawan, a seasoned director and the actor's father, then verified the information. After breaking the news, he thanked all of the photographers for their well wishes.Celebrities, including Manish Malhotra, Priyanka Chopra, Dia Mirza, Nushrratt Bharuccha, and others congratulated the couple and sent their best wishes to the whole family.

Bollywood director Karan Johar congratulated Varun on the birth of his baby on his Instagram stories. “My baby had a baby girl!!!! I am over the moon!!! Congratulations to the proud mama and papa!!! Love you Natasha and Varun.”

The Student of the Year actor tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart in a private ceremony on January 24, 2021 at the mansion house in Alibaug. The ceremony combined customary traditions with contemporary celebrations.

Fast-forward to February 8, 2024, when Natasha Dalal joyfully revealed her pregnancy to the Dhawan family and her adoring fans.
