Greece, France agree to bolster strategic, defence cooperation

Greece and France have agreed to bolster strategic and defence cooperation.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis talking to media in Paris said that an arms deal will be signed between the two countries on Tuesday.

He said that under the agreement, Athens would buy French frigates and corvettes.

Greece has already agreed to buy 24 Rafale warplanes from France.
