Search operation underway to find Raisi’s helicopter crash site

Search operation is underway to find the site of a missing helicopter that was carrying the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his delegation near the city of Varzaqan in East Azarbaijan province of the country.Despite the adverse weather conditions, rescue teams, including armed forces, are combing the rocky area and the hilly terrain and have narrowed down the radius of their search to two kilometers.President Raisi was returning from a ceremony after inaugurating a dam on Iran's border with the Azerbaijan Republic.
