Accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising key ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Commerce Minister Jam Kamal, Information Minister Ataullah Tarar and adviser Tariq Fatemi, the visit aims to bolster bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the two nations.

In Abu Dhabi, Prime Minister Sharif is set to meet UAE President Muhammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The high-level meeting will discuss bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UAE, with special focus on trade and investment.

They are also scheduled to focus on discussing avenues for further developing cooperation across various sectors and explore strategic partnerships and mutual interests that can benefit their respective countries.

In addition to the diplomatic engagements, Prime Minister Sharif has scheduled meetings with other Emirati dignitaries, businesspersons, and heads of financial institutions. He is also set to meet Pakistani and UAE businessmen and investors, aimed at attracting investment and fostering economic collaboration.

By engaging with key business figures, the Shehbaz hopes to highlight investment opportunities in Pakistan and encourage UAE businesses to expand their ventures into the Pakistani market.

These interactions will provide a platform for discussing practical measures to enhance economic ties and implement mutually beneficial projects. The visit underscores Pakistan's commitment to strengthening its economic and political relationship with the UAE.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has returned to Pakistan after concluding his day-long visit to Iran to offer condolences on the tragic death of Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi and his entourage in a helicopter crash on Sunday.
