CAMON I4 - A Real Package under Budget (Full Review)

Tecno launched Camon i4 as a midrange in two variants. The first variant has 64 GB RAM or 4GB RAM and costs 25,999PKR while the other variant which has 32 GB ROM and 3GB RAM, costs 21,999PKR. Yes you read it right, the new Camon i4 is coming your way in all under 21,999PKR which includes a ton of premium features. Be it the big and impressive screen, huge battery, dot notch display or the best, triplet rear camera set; Camon i4 is flaunting it like a real pro.
Colors of Camon i4
Before we dive into the details for the phone, let’s review colors which Camon i4 is offering us on hand. And the 4 amazing phone colors are: 1. Midnight Black 2. Aqua Blue 3. Champagne Gold 4. Nebula Black - creating the ever-appealing look book.
Design & Display
Camon i4’s rear surface is super even and smooth that it does not even mind catching smudges. To prevent these smudges, you are provided with a silicon jelly case cover in the box. The front of the phone is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass.
Front of the phone also holds a water drop notch, housing a 16MP camera inside.
Talking about the screen, the Camon i4 sports a 6.35 inch big IPS LCD capacitive touch screen. Screen resolution of 720 x 1544 pixels really set the viewing experience apart, color shift angels do impress. The quality is maintained even under sunlight and the content viewing experience is all excellence too. We also found Camon i4’s audio quality pretty much convincing so the first impression was right, Camon i4 is actually cool inside and out.
Finger print scanner is slotted on back in pair with the triple camera set. The overall design and display of this phone is pretty satisfying.
Performance Platform
The Camon i4 has got the HI OS 4.6 which runs on an android Pie version of OS and delivers a unique user experience. The device is powered by Mediatek Helio A22 where as Mali-T720 is used as a Graphics Processing Unit.
There are finger print sensor and face recognition features, any of which can be accessed anytime.
We tried playing PUBG and Asphalt 8 and both ran smooth and undisturbed which means Camon i4 is also a gamer-friendly phone, certainly.
Lastly the battery in Camon i4 is 3400 mAh based which is a little less, we know. However it does provide a day long charged performance so it’s acceptable, at least. There is a 3 inn one sim tray slot which supports 2 Nano SIMs and a dedicated micro SD card slot at the same time.
Camera
Camon i4 is equipped with AI triple camera. The 13MP main lens comes with F/1.8 big aperture, captures vivid details in everyday photos; the 8MP Wide Angle Lens gives 120° capture angle concentrates on the landscape photos, macro shots and the 2MP lens is perfect for capturing your portraits in varying backgrounds. Camon i4 uses night algorithm 2.0, the big aperture and super quad rear flashlight which make photos appear brighter and clearer even in low-light scenarios.

So this is the feature force which the Camon i4 is carrying under a package of 21,999PKR. If you are looking to buy a phone with reliability, quality and budget friendly value then Camon i4 is indeed the answer.
