Huawei has announced the official release date of its foldable phone which is 24 February.
It was reported that the company was working over the foldable phones for over a year and it will reveal the release date in the upcoming MWC. The Chinese giant technologists have already showed off the teasers to createhype in the market for the upcoming release date of the huawei foldable phones.
The teaser doesn’t show the details and features of the phone but it does reveal that the phone will have a single folding hinge at the center and the display panel will be at the outside of the phone.

The other specifications of the phone released by the reports are that the phone will use Balong 5000 5G modem along with some high end hardware. This phone will have a high price- definitely- so it will be expected that the phone will have some high end modern features. The modem will work with a Kirin 980 chipset – Huawei’s homemade processor series that also has 5G functionality.
The huawei company has not unveiled about the launch process and the details of the phone; however, it did say that they will launch some 5G phones. So it is likely to say that we may see some new 5G phones.
The phone is designed with a single crease in the center to fold the phone in two parts which will close and open like a book.
Samsung is also releasing its foldable device on February 20th; however huawei is not among the rivcals but still, waiting for two days for the unveiling. Xiaomi revealed its own foldable phone in a video a few days ago but hasn’t talked about a launch date yet.
