Realme has recently announced that the new device Realme 1 will feature new updates of latest ColorOS 5.2.
The company will roll out the new updates in its new range of smart phones.
The update in question is also being rolled out to Oppo’s smartphones and brings a ton of new improvements and introduces new interesting features to the smart phone software.
Sadly, the update will not be shipping with November’s security patch. Instead, the October package will be pushed within the software.
Just few days ahead from seeing Google’s December bulletin, it’s a bit underwhelming to see a security patch that will soon become obsolete.

New Features of ColorOS 5.2
ColorOS 5.2 brings a set of new features that include: Headset icon in the status bar, One Swipe to dismiss notifications, new desktop icons, Status Bar does not flash when Developer and Accessibility options are enabled.
Furthermore, the update brings Smart Bar that improves multi-tasking, Audio Playback mode in the video player, Smart Scan, New Lock Screen UI, New Boot Animation, Game Space – which optimizes performance and activate do-not-disturb mode during gaming sessions – Last but not least, the update adds a “Launch Google Assistant” shortcut by pressing the power button for 0.5 seconds.
The company will be rolling out the update in certain phases. Whereas, some users may be considered by it today, the largest part of users will see it only on December 3.
It is to be mentioned that if a critical bug is found during the process, the update can be delayed or put in hold by the company.
