Samsung Chooses “Galaxy S10 E” For the Lite Model of the S10 Series

The final classification of a smart phone can be edited or changed by the manufacturer as they want. The lite variant of the Samsung Galaxy S10 series has been known as Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite till now.

However, according to recent reports, the company has renamed this upcoming smart phone, Samsung Galaxy S10 E.

Mobile Fun has revealed this information while showcasing some phone cases for the upcoming Galaxy S10 series. The reports also suggest that the S10 and S10+ will be far more expensive than the S10 E.

This latest smart phone is a direct competitor for the iPhone XR therefore its price should not be extremely expensive.

In this regard, Samsung has decided to obliterate the use of an on-screen fingerprint sensor on this one, which is expected to mean that device is low priced. The Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus still retain its on-screen fingerprint sensor as of now.

According to reports, Samsung Galaxy S10 E will sport a 5.8-inch display with a punch-hole front camera design.

This device has been found on Geek bench with a Snapdragon 855 SoC but the running scores were quite low, even below what the SD845 scores.

It is highly anticipated that the device might come with 6 GB RAM and battery capacity of 3,100 mAh.
