Tecno Pop X 5G Price in Pakistan Could Challenge Infinix and Redmi
Budget phones usually force users to compromise somewhere, either on battery, performance, or display quality. But Tecno seems to be taking a different approach with the new Pop X 5G.

The device combines a massive 6,500mAh battery, a 120Hz screen, and Android 16 in a package that still targets affordable buyers. That alone could make the Tecno Pop X 5G one of the more interesting budget launches right now.
A Fresh Design with a Modern Look
Tecno has redesigned the rear side of the phone with a horizontal camera visor layout instead of the usual circular modules seen on many budget devices. The company says the camera housing uses 6 series aerospace grade aluminum, similar to the Spark 50 lineup.
The phone is also IP64 rated for dust and splash resistance and comes in Midnight Blue and Ripple Green colors.

Tecno Pop X 5G Specs
The Tecno Pop X 5G features a 6.78 inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Powering the device internally is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage capacity. It ships with HiOS 16 based on Android 16.
- For photography, the phone includes a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter.
- Tecno has also included several AI features including AI Noise Cancellation, AI Writing Assistant, AI Eraser 2.0, AI Image Extender, and AI Flash Snap.
One interesting addition is FreeLink support, which allows supported Tecno devices to send messages and make calls without cellular connectivity. That could become surprisingly useful in areas with weak signals.
Tecno Pop X 5G Price in Pakistan
Tecno has priced the Pop X 5G at $172 for the 4GB + 128GB variant, while the 6GB + 128GB model costs $193.
The official Tecno Pop X 5G price in Pakistan has not been announced yet, but based on current conversion rates, the device could land somewhere between Rs. 48,000 to Rs. 55,000 depending on taxes and market positioning.
With its large battery, 120Hz display, and Android 16 software, the Pop X 5G looks like Tecno’s attempt at building a practical budget 5G phone rather than a camera focused one.
