Display:
Honor 8X handset sports an extra-large and immersive 7.12-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen and IPS display. It is packed with a resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and with its ability to display a range of 16M colors to dazzle the eyes of its users. Its 7.6 mm width and 172g weight along with sleek metallic body are designed to fit the hands of the users. The device features a dual-glass panel design with an aluminum frame in between. It comes with a multi-touch facility to cater the simultaneous usage.

It runs on an octa core processor at a clock rate of 2.2 GHz, which provides more power when you need it. There's a new Mali-G51 MP4 GPU that's 30 percent faster than the previous-generation GPU and is coupled with 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of ROM. On the software front, the device runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo). It comes loaded with a non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery which supports two days of usage. This device also contains some basic messaging mediums such as SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Email and IM. It also sports the MP4/H.264 player, MP3/eAAC+/WAV/Flac player and audio/video with stereo loudspeakers that are up to 25 percent louder and deliver deeper bass.
The smartphone sensors measure physical quantities and transmit them to the application processor. The phone's accelerometer is a built-in electronic component that measures tilt and motion. A fingerprint sensor is one of the easiest and most secure ways to protect your smartphone. The proximity sensor detects when a user is holding the phone near their face during a call and turns off the display to prevent keypad presses and battery consumption from the display. It carries various connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, USB, NFC and Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE, aptX. It has A-GPS, GLONASS and BDS facility to navigate various locations while traveling.
