Huawei's phones can not shoot in 4k,because their processors are powerhouses(if we are talking cores and frequency), but come with a trashy gpu that can not keep up with the performance of the processor and therefore they are slowing each other which in turn makes it impossible for the phone to shoot in 4k,because that requires some sync between the performance of the cpu and the gpu.
