Sim Owner Details Online Check in Pakistan (cnic.sims.pk)

For a sim owner details online check by CNIC in Pakistan, use cnic.sims.pk. It is the PTA SIM Information System website, and the one official check you can run from a computer.

  1. 1Open cnic.sims.pk in your browser.
  2. 2Stay on the CNIC tab and type your own 13 digits with no dashes.
  3. 3Complete the reCAPTCHA.
  4. 4Press Submit and read your result.

Foreign nationals can use the Foreign ID tab. The site lists no fee, so it is also the easiest way to run a pak sim data check online for free.

Check the address bar before you type anything. If you searched “cnic sim info.pk”, double-check the spelling. The correct address is cnic.sims.pk. The real page has no box for a mobile number. It asks for no sign-up, app, or payment. Save a dated screenshot of your result and keep it private.

This needs no internet. PTA says charges may apply, so keep a little balance. Sent it with dashes? Send it again as plain digits.

Most asked

Which SIM Number Is on My CNIC?

This is the most common question, and the answer surprises people. An online check of sim number through CNIC in Pakistan returns a count for each company, such as Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone. It never lists phone numbers.

An id card sim number check online tells you how many SIMs exist, not which numbers they are.

Jazz · 2Zong · 1Telenor · 0Ufone · 1

Example only — a count per company, never the numbers.

To find the numbers behind the count:

  1. 1List every SIM you use. Include phones, second slots, routers, MiFi devices, tablets, and old SIMs in a drawer.
  2. 2Match each company’s total against your list.
  3. 3If a total is higher, ask that company’s helpline or franchise which number is the extra one.

A higher count is not proof of fraud. A router SIM or a relative’s SIM can explain it.

SIM Details Check for the SIM in Your Phone (667)

Send MNP to 667 from the SIM you want to check. The reply shows the mobile number, the registered name, the CNIC, and the SIM number. This is the official sim details check for a SIM you hold.

  • On a dual-SIM phone, set the SIM you are checking as the one that sends texts.
  • Some replies hide part of the CNIC. Ask your operator to confirm a mismatch instead of guessing the hidden digits.
  • Jazz lists the charge as Rs 2 plus tax. Other networks publish no price.

In a relative’s name?

Ask the issuing company to move it into yours before you link a bank account or wallet to it.

In a stranger’s name?

Stop relying on it and get a SIM on your own CNIC.

Network codes

Jazz and Zong SIM Number Check Codes

Codes answer two different questions. Keep them apart.

1. Your own number

JazzDial *99#

Jazz lists this code on its own tips page.

ZongCall 310

Or check the SIM settings on your phone.

2. Verification status

Jazz6001

Send your CNIC

Zong7911

Telenor7751

Ufone*336#

Dial, then choose 1

These codes report fingerprint verification status. They do not show anyone’s name or the numbers on your CNIC.

A code that promises an owner’s name is not on PTA’s list.

Can You Check Sim Owner Details by Number?

No.

Not for a number you do not hold. No official channel returns a stranger’s name, CNIC, or address from a mobile number. That covers searches like sim owner details by number, sim owner details online check by number, check sim owner name by mobile number, and sim information with number.

Websites that promise this show made-up data or old leaked records. A result that looks real still proves nothing.

Here is what you can do:

76367

Find a number’s network: send N, a space, and the 11-digit number to 76367. It costs Rs 2 plus tax.

667

Check your own SIM with 667.

Report

If a number harasses or scams you, save the messages, call times, and screenshots. Block it and report it to PTA. Report threats or fraud to the NCCIA on 1799.

The law mattersPECA 2016 · Section 16

Obtaining or using another person’s identity information without authorisation can bring up to three years in prison, a fine of up to Rs 5 million, or both. Paying a seller for such data does not make it lawful.

Myths vs facts

Live Tracker, SIM Database, Pak SIM Data and Minahil SIM Data

These are search phrases, not PTA services.

Live Tracker SIM Data: Is It Real?

No

No legal Pakistani service can show a stranger’s location from their number. “Live tracker” pages show maps that come from no official record. If a number threatens you, report it instead of trying to trace it. If your own phone is missing, block the SIM with your network first.

SIM database

No SIM register is open to the public. PTA’s system counts the SIMs on a CNIC you enter yourself.

Pak SIM data

PTA uses “SIMs data” to mean your own SIM count. Unofficial pages borrow the phrase to sell lookups.

Minahil SIM data

A search phrase and app name used by unofficial lookup tools. It is not a PTA, NADRA, or mobile company service.

Real sim owner details

The only real record you can see is your own, through 667 and your 668 count.

Did you type your CNIC or an OTP into one of these? Stop using it and share no more codes. Run your 668 count to look for new SIMs. Report misuse to the NCCIA.

Sim Owner Details by NADRA

NADRA runs no public check of the SIMs on your CNIC. An expired CNIC can lead to blocked SIMs, so renew it on time.

  1. 1Note which company’s count is too high.
  2. 2Save a dated screenshot of the result.
  3. 3Call that company: Jazz 111, Zong 310, Telenor 345, Ufone 333.
  4. 4Visit its franchise or service centre with your original CNIC. Your own fingerprints will be taken.
  5. 5Ask the company to block the SIM and record it as unauthorised. Get a reference number.
  6. 6Check your 668 count again after a few days.
  7. 7If the company does not fix it, complain to PTA at complaint.pta.gov.pk or on 0800-55055.

Since May 2026, PTA’s rules bar disowning a SIM within one year of activation. A SIM issued by fraud is different. Report it as fraud, and the company must block it. If the SIM was used for fraud, threats, or identity misuse, report it to the NCCIA on 1799 as well.

SIM limit

How Many SIMs Can One CNIC Hold?

PTA allows up to eight SIMs per CNIC for personal use: five voice and three data. The split matters. Five voice SIMs can block another voice SIM even when your total is below eight. PTA also advises keeping only the SIMs you use.

5 voice SIMs3 data SIMs= 8 per CNIC

Safety

Stay Safe While You Check

Enter your CNIC only on cnic.sims.pk or by SMS to 668.

Never share an OTP, PIN, or fingerprint with a caller.

Treat any call that threatens to block all your SIMs as a scam. Your own check takes one SMS.

Run your count again after you buy a SIM, change networks, or lose your CNIC.
