حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ الْخَضْرَاوَاتِ وَهِيَ الْبُقُولُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ فِيهَا شَيْءٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ إِسْنَادُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ لَيْسَ بِصَحِيحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَيْسَ يَصِحُّ فِي هَذَا الْبَاب عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْءٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنَّمَا يُرْوَى هَذَا عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ لَيْسَ فِي الْخَضْرَاوَاتِ صَدَقَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَالْحَسَنُ هُوَ ابْنُ عُمَارَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ ضَعَّفَهُ شُعْبَةُ وَغَيْرُهُ وَتَرَكَهُ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ

Urdu Translation

معاذ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو لکھا، وہ آپ سے سبزیوں کی زکاۃ کے بارے میں پوچھ رہے تھے تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”ان میں کوئی زکاۃ نہیں ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس حدیث کی سند صحیح نہیں ہے، ۲- اور اس باب میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کوئی چیز صحیح نہیں ہے، اور اسے صرف موسیٰ بن طلحہ سے روایت کیا جاتا ہے اور انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مرسلاً روایت کی ہے، ۳- اسی پر اہل علم کا عمل ہے کہ سبزیوں میں زکاۃ نہیں ہے، ۴- حسن، عمارہ کے بیٹے ہیں، اور یہ محدثین کے نزدیک ضعیف ہیں۔ شعبہ وغیرہ نے ان کی تضعیف کی ہے، اور ابن مبارک نے انہیں متروک قرار دیا ہے۔

English Translation

Eisa bin Talhah narrated that : Mu'adh had written to the Prophet to ask him about greens - which is herbs - so he (pbuh) said, There is nothing due on them.
