Sahih Bukhari 3901 - The Merits Of Al-Ansar

حَدَّثَنِي زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ هِشَامٌ : فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا , أَنَّ سَعْدًا ، قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ أُجَاهِدَهُمْ فِيكَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَذَّبُوا رَسُولَكَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَخْرَجُوهُ , اللَّهُمَّ فَإِنِّي أَظُنُّ أَنَّكَ قَدْ وَضَعْتَ الْحَرْبَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ ،وَقَالَ أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ , حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ : مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَذَّبُوا نَبِيَّكَ وَأَخْرَجُوهُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ .

Urdu Translation

مجھ سے زکریا بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن نمیر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہشام نے بیان کیا کہ انہیں ان کے والد نے خبر دی اور انہیں عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ سعد بن معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ   اے اللہ! تو جانتا ہے کہ اس سے زیادہ مجھے اور کوئی چیز پسندیدہ نہیں کہ تیرے راستے میں، میں اس قوم سے جہاد کروں جس نے تیرے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تکذیب کی اور انہیں ( ان کے وطن مکہ سے ) نکالا۔ اے اللہ! لیکن ایسا معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ تو نے ہمارے اور ان کے درمیان لڑائی کا سلسلہ ختم کر دیا ہے۔ اور ابان بن یزید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور انہیں عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے خبر دی کہ ( یہ الفاظ سعد رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے تھے ) «من قوم كذبوا نبيك وأخرجوه من قريش‏.» یعنی جنہوں نے تیرے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو جھٹلایا، باہر نکال دیا۔ اس سے قریش کے کافر مراد ہیں۔

English Translation

Narrated Aisha: Sa`d said, O Allah! You know that there is none against whom I am eager to fight more willingly for Your Cause than those people who disbelieved Your Apostle and drove him out (of his city). O Allah! I think that You have ended the fight between us and them.
