و حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا يَقُولُ أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِهِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

Urdu Translation

  ابوعوانہ نے منصور سے ، انھوں نےابراہیم سے ، انھوں نے مسروق سے ، انھوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ بلا شبہ رسول ا للہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب کسی مریض کی عیادت کرتے تھے تو فرماتے : " تکلیف دور کردے ، اے سب لوگوں کے پالنے والے!اس کو شفا عطا کر ، تو شفا دینے والا ہے ، تیری شفا کے سوا کوئی شفا نہیں ، ایسی شفا ( دے ) جو ( ذرہ برابر ) بیماری کو نہ چھوڑے ۔ "

English Translation

A'isha reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: When Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) visited the sick he would say: Lord of the people. remove the disease, cure him, for Thou art the great Curer, there is no cure but through Thine healing Power, which leaves nothing of the disease.
