حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، لَا يَدْخُلُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ، إِلَّا أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ، فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا، فَقِيلَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي أَرْحَمُهَا قُتِلَ أَخُوهَا مَعِي»

Urdu Translation

  اسحاق بن عبداللہ نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ازواج مطہرات اور حضرت ام سلیم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کے سوا اور کسی عورت کے گھر نہیں جاتے تھے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حضرت ام سلیم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کے ہاں تشریف لے جاتے تھے ، اس کے متعلق آپ سے بات کی گئی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " مجھے اس پر رحم آتا ہے ، اس کا بھائی میرے ساتھ ( لڑتا ہوا ) شہید ہوا ۔ "

English Translation

Anas reported that Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) did not enter the house of any woman except that of his wives and that of Umm Sulaim. He used to visit her. It was said to him why it was so, whereupon he said: I feel great compassion for her. Her brother was killed while he was with me.
