Baab Wasiyat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي إِجَارَةِ الْحَجَّامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يَسْأَلُهُ وَيَسْتَأْذِنُهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَتَّى أَمَرَهُ أَنْ أَعْلِفْهُ نَاضِحَكَ وَرَقِيقَكَ .

Urdu Translation

محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سینگی لگا کر اجرت لینے کی اجازت مانگی تو آپ نے انہیں اس کے لینے سے منع فرمایا، وہ برابر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس بارے میں پوچھتے اور اجازت طلب کرتے رہے، یہاں تک کہ آپ نے ان سے کہہ دیا کہ اس سے اپنے اونٹ اور اپنے غلام کو چارہ کھلاؤ۔

English Translation

Narrated Muhayyisah ibn Kab: Muhayyisah asked permission of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم regarding hire of the cupper, but he forbade him. He kept on asking his permission, and at last he said to him: Feed your watering camel with it and feed your slave with it.
