حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْمَكِّيُّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي زِيَادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ ثَابِتًا مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ،‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنِ اشْتَرَى غَنَمًا مُصَرَّاةً احْتَلَبَهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا فَفِي حَلْبَتِهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس نے تھن میں دودھ جمع کی ہوئی بکری خریدی اسے دوہا، تو اگر اسے پسند ہو تو روک لے اور اگر ناپسند ہو تو دوہنے کے عوض ایک صاع کھجور دے کر اسے واپس پھیر دے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: If anyone buys sheep or goat whose udders have been tied up and he milked it, he may keep it if he is pleased with it, or he may return it if he is displeased with it. There is one sa' of dates (which he must give to the seller) for milking it.
