Baab Wasiyat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ فِي السِّلْعَةِ:‏‏‏‏ بِاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أُعْطِيَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَصَدَّقَهُ الْآخَرُ فَأَخَذَهَا.

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے بھی اعمش سے اسی طریق سے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث مروی ہے   اس میں ہے: ان کو گناہوں سے پاک نہیں کرے گا اور ان کے لیے درد ناک عذاب ہو گا اور سامان کے سلسلہ میں یوں کہے: قسم اللہ کی اس مال کے تو اتنے اتنے روپے مل رہے تھے، یہ سن کر خریدار اس کی بات کو سچ سمجھ لے اور اسے ( منہ مانگا پیسہ دے کر ) لے لے۔

English Translation

The tradition mentioned above has also been related by al-'Amash to the same effect through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: He used: 'Not purify them ; grievously will be their penalty. ' He said about (selling) the goods: I swear by Allah, I was given (the price) so and so for it. The other man considered it to be correct and bought it.
