حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَبَنُ الدَّرِِ يُحْلَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَحْلِبُ النَّفَقَةُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وَهُوَ عِنْدَنَا صَحِيحٌ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: دودھ والا جانور جب گروی رکھا ہوا ہو تو اسے کھلانے پلانے کے بقدر دوہا جائے گا، اور سواری والا جانور رہن رکھا ہوا ہو تو کھلانے پلانے کے بقدر اس پر سواری کی جائے گی، اور جو سواری کرے اور دوہے اس پر اسے کھلانے پلانے کی ذمہ داری ہو گی ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث ہمارے نزدیک صحیح ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: The milk of milch camels may be drunk for payment when in pledge, and the animal may be ridden for payment when it is pledge; payment being made by the one who rides and the one who drinks. Abu Dawud said: In our opinion this is correct.
