حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کسی عورت کے لیے اپنے شوہر کے مال میں سے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر کسی کو عطیہ دینا جائز نہیں ہے ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.
